Placing an Order: You may order either with or without a PayPal account. Simply add the items you desire to your cart, and upon checkout you can either sign-in to pay through your PayPal account, or you may simply pay by credit card without having an account.

Local and International Shipping Information: Knockoffshopper ships world wide! Flat shipping rates have been calculated at $15 for shipping to Canada, and $10 for shipping to the continental USA. Customers in other geographic regions should write sales@knockoffshopper.com to have a custom shipping quote created.

Fast Shipping: All products will be shipped during the next business day via the Canadian Postal Service. You will receive an email detailing the tracking number on your package within 2 buisness days after your parcel has shipped. If you are not home to accept your package when it arrives, your local post office will hold it for you to pick up. If a rush shipment is required, please write sales@knockoffshopper.com to have a custom shipping quote created.

Backorder Information: A 10% credit will be sent back to you if your item is back ordered as a thank you token for your patience. Roughly 99% of all back ordered items will ship in less than 2 weeks if such a situation arises. On the off chance that you have ordered an item that is no longer available, a 100% refund will be provided and the CS team will suggest some similar items to meet your needs.

Sales Tax: By Law a 13% Sales Tax is added to any shipment made to Ontario and a 5% Sales Tax is added to customers elsewhere in Canada.

Return Policy: All products except under garments and swimwear are eligible for return if you are unhappy with the item for any reason. Please contact our customer service department cs@knockoffshopper.com to get your RA number and shipping information. Unfortunately a 40% restocking fee must apply for warehousing purposes.
